Whether you're starting your day hungry for our famous Targhee powder, or you want to end an epic day on the mountain at a friendly and quaint place to relax and unwind, Grand Targhee has the dining experience to satisfy every need. All of our dining locations and eateries are conveniently located in the heart of our main plaza at the base of Dreamcatcher lift, with a variety of options open from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm.
Branding Iron Grill
Intimacy and delicacies without pretention!
Offering inspired slopeside dining that is both casual and family friendly, the Branding Iron Grill serves up creative lunch and dinner options daily. Chef prepared creations range from steamed clams and calamari to steaks, burgers and pastas, with indulgent desserts. A full child's menu is also available for all meals.
This is the Grand Targhee signature dining experience - house specialties include locally raised, grass fed beef, an all-you-can-eat salad bar, seafood, satisfying sandwiches and chef-made soups.
An expansive wine list is available with selections to complement a range of foods, and the full bar serves microbrews on tap. The Branding Iron offers a quieter place to enjoy an apres appetizer and cocktail or beer next to a crackling fire, checking out the base area scene from giant mountain-facing windows.
If you are staying with us and want to kick back in your room in front of the television, call x1368 for a pizza to go! On Friday and Saturday until 9 pm we're offering fresh-baked small and large pizzas with a variety of toppings. Please note that these pizzas must be picked up, contact the front desk for delivery.

Your first and last stop
for all of your adventure-seeker supplies at Grand Targhee, offering batteries, sunscreen, snacks, groceries, beer, liquor and everything in between. The Targhee Trading Post also features quick grab & go meals, burritos, hot dogs, hot beverages and snacks for powderhounds who want to eat on the lift, or for those who want something for the road.

Wild Bill's Grill
Fresh tossed pizza, burgers, south of the border creations and Grand Teton-sized nachos are only part of what is waiting for you at this very family friendly grill and cafeteria.
Chef Nacho has been a epicurean visionary and mainstay at Grand Targhee for over 22 years, having arrived in the valley in the 1980's with his own restaurant serving delicious Mexican meals. This community has been hooked on his fresh, inventive cooking ever since.
This year Chef Nacho returns to one of his culinary passions - homemade soups, chilis and south of the border delicacies like chimichangas, enchiladas and fresh roasted salsas.
If Mexican isn't your thing, there are plenty of other options. Wild Bills Grill offers chicken sandwiches, all natural beef hot dogs, BBQ pork, jumbo Idaho russet baked potatoes, a variety of fries, and hot & cold beverages.

Wake up, dive in! This is the place to begin your Targhee Powder snorkeling experience! With fresh baked pastries, hot breakfasts, and delectable specialty coffees, there’s no better place to start your day. Specialty breakfasts include fresh made omelets and burritos, fresh bagels, smoked trout, and daily hot coffee & espresso drinks. For those that like to go big, any burrito or omelet can be smothered in home-made chile verde with pork, or home-made vegetarian chile Colorado. And our lunch offerings are just as ‘deep’ as our breakfasts. From spicy Italian sausage, to baked meatball hoagies, hot home-made soups, and build-your-own deli style sandwiches, Snorkels has the hearty meals to strike the heartiest mountain appetites. Trap Bar
An apres ski institution for 40 years and counting! This is the place to be for great food, drinks and times. The Trap shakes a mean groove with live entertainment ranging from solo acoustic acts to full bands. (check our calendar for details)
The Trap features eight flat screen televisions that feature the latest ski flicks, NFL Sunday ticket and NHL Center Ice. So whether you are a football fan, a hockey fan, or both, your game is sure to be on.
Lunch is served daily and includes items like our infamous Trap Nachos built on a base of Idaho spuds, as big as the Tetons themselves. Our menu also includes fresh pub fare like burgers, wings and hoagies. Whether you want just a snack or a full meal, the Trap menu has something for everyone.
At the bar, the Trap offers 11 beers on tap, a full liquor section, a wine list, a hot drink menu, a wide variety of canned microbrews and a menu dedicated just to shots - so we're sure you'll find something to quench event the most insatiable of thirsts.
The Trap is launching a new mug club for the 2009/10 winter season. For $25 you get your own numbered stainless steel 20 oz mug to use all season long. Your first pour is free, and each additional pour includes 4 extra ounces. So for those Trap regulars, this is the deal of the season. Get yours while they are still available!

Taco Tuesdays: From 3-6 pm every Tuesday beef or chicken tacos are just $1 with $4 margaritas. All Snake River Brewing drafts are $3 and all drafts are $3 for mug clubbers. Open mic night for local musical talent from 4-7 pm.
Wednesday Hump Day Happy Hour: From 3-6 pm every Wednesday all beers on tap are $3 along with $4 Long Island Iced Teas.
