Season Pass Insurance
You’ve saved. You’ve planned. You’ve looked forward to skiing or riding for months. But things don’t always go according to plan.
What if you get sick or injured and are unable to use your ski pass?
What if you are laid off from your job?
Pass Insurance provides coverage for you and your investments when the unexpected happens.
Cancellation: for incidents that occur prior to the start of the ski season, the full cost of the season pass is covered if you are unable to use it for the entire season due to a covered reason.
Interruption: for incidents that occur after the ski season starts, we reimburse the pro-rated value if you are no longer able to use the season pass due to a covered reason.
Covered reasons include sickness, injury, job transfer, complications of pregnancy, normal pregnancy or childbirth, military deployment, employer termination or layoff and death of a family member.
Note: Pass Insurance is not transferable or refundable. If you do not accept pass insurance, you will not be eligible for a refund and understand that passes are not transferable. You have 30 days from the purchase of your pass or the beginning date of the winter season, whichever comes later, to purchase pass insurance. Please call Travel Guard’s Ski Pass Insurance Desk at 877.828.6720 with any questions.
Pass Insurance is 6% of the cost of the pass at the time it is purchased, and is available as an add-on in our Online Store or at the time of purchase in the Activity Center.
