A message from Grand Targhee's Child Care Director, Shoshana Kraus

Children are special at Grand Targhee. My philosophy about our child care is that we must do more than just baby-sit. Our goal is to build positive relationships with each and every child, even if they're only 6 months old. When I hire staff, the primary qualification is that they must love children and look forward to doing whatever is reasonably necessary to provide a memorable experience for each child. My goal is to create an atmosphere where the child is happy and content so the parents are comfortable enough to go out and enjoy themselves. I have very high standards and am always pleased when a parent thanks us for providing their kids with a great experience.
