Lodging
Guest Shuttle Driver: Provide transportation for Vacation Rentals guests to & from the resort. Also work as a Houseman, hauling linens and assisting housekeepers at the Vacation Rentals. No CDL required.
Front Desk Clerk: Be one of the first to greet our guests as they start their vacation! Guest check in/out, guest relations, switchboard operation, guest billing. Computer and customer service experience required.
Reservationist: Invite people to experience Grand Targhee! Reservations, confirmations, and follow-up. Telephone sales ability and general computer skills required.
Night Audit/Relief: Have time to SKI/RIDE! Night shifts.
Bell Person: Meet, greet and assist guests to their rooms. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. consistently.
Housekeepers: Work in a team environment preparing guest rooms for occupancy.
Houseperson: Haul laundry, stock linen, stock firewood and assist in laundry. Must be physically fit and able to lift 30 lbs.
Inspector: Ensure quality standards within the housekeeping function by inspecting rooms and public areas to make certain that all assignments have been completed. Must be knowledgeable of housekeeper and houseman duties. Function as a housekeeper or houseman as necessary.
PM Public Area Attendant: Clean public restrooms and other public areas. Respond to guests' requests and assist front desk, laundry and stocking supplies.
Employee Shuttle Driver: Position requires a CDL with a passenger endorsement or ability to obtain one. Run the bus from the Resort to Driggs and Victor. Split shift, which means ski/ride time during the day!
Food & Beverage
Hosts: Greet guests as they enter the Targhee Steakhouse. Present guests with their table. Utilize point of sale system for transactions.
Servers: Provide food service in restaurants. Good public presentation and guest relations necessary. Experience required.
Barista: Provides counter service in Snorkel's. Makes coffee drinks and serves food.
Cafeteria Cashiers: Operate cash register in Wild Billl's Grille. Assist with stocking and cleaning serving area in cafeteria.
Bartenders: Serve alcoholic beverages in the Trap Bar & Grille while enjoying live music. Previous experience required.
Line Cooks: Cook to order meals and all food prep in one of our 4 outlets. Prepare special meals for groups/meetings. Experience required.
Prep Cook: Prepares raw ingredients for outlets. Some line work.
Steward/Dishwasher: Wash the dishes and assist cooks. $8.00/hour
F&B Utility Positions: Bus tables in Wild Bill's Grille.
Guest Services
Ski & Snowboard School Front Desk: Sell Ski & Snowboard School lessons. Must have clerical and guest service experience.
Activity Center Clerks: Cat Ski, Sleigh Ride, Tube Park, and more for FREE! Employees in the Activity Center get to try out all of the fun activities. Clerks help our guests set up the best activity packages for their visit to Grand Targhee. Utilize basic office equipment: Resort computer system, telephone, copier.
Kids Club Attendants: Love playing like a kid? Play, teach and take care of children 2 months to 6 years! Related experience and basic knowledge of child development preferred. Minimum age 19.
Ticket Sellers: Sell lift tickets (believe it or not)!
Ski & Snowboard School Instructors: Instruction of children through adults. Experience and/or certifications preferred.
Relief Naturalist: Part-time position covering days off for our Naturalist. Takes guests & staff on snowshoe tours, describes our environment to guests & staff, assists with educational presentations. Prefer background in outdoor education & related degree. Can be combined with another position for full-time employment.
Mountain Operations
Parking/Recycling Attendant: Aid in our recycling efforts, direct guests in the parking lot, and ENJOY SKI BREAKS!
Snow Plow Driver: Requires CDL and prior plow/heavy equipment experience.
Snow Removal Equipment Operators: Prior heavy equipment experience required.
Lift Operators: Operate lifts, load chairs, check tickets, guest relations, and shoveling snow. Minimum age 19.
Snowcat Groomers: Operate snowcats and some shop work. Heavy equipment operating or grooming experience required. Minimum age 21.
Ski Patrol: Requires OEC/EMT certification and expert skiing ability in all terrain & weather conditions.
Marketing
Research Assistant: Perform on-mountain surveys with guests. Analyze data. Must be able to ski/ride.
Retail
General Store Clerk: Sell food, toiletries, beer, wine, etc. in our General Store.
High Country Colors Clerk: Put your customer service skills to use! Be a sales cashier for adult and children sportswear and souvenir shop.
Pro Shop Clerk: The Pro Shop is our outlet skiers' retail items. Prefer prior ski/retail sales experience.
Little Rippers Clerk: Childrens ski/ride/clothing retail outlet.
Phat Fred's Clerks: Sell snowboard gear as well as set up rental equipment.
Ski Rental Technicians: Work in all aspects of the ski rental shop. Good public presentation, sales ability, interpersonal skills are necessary.
Ski/Board Repair Technician: Must have prior repair/tuning experience.
Accounting
Accounts Receivable Clerk/Cash Auditor: Ensure sales journal is produced daily. Prior Accounting experience and/or education required.
Base Operations
Snow Shoveler: SKI/RIDE!!!! And shovel snow.
