SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall management of all resort lodging operations including hotel units at the resort and property management off the mountain. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee's job is to get and keep guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and have a past experience with hospitality software and basic interface computer knowledge.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing and respond to questions from the Owner, General Manager, other managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred.
Mountain Operations
Lift Electrician: Work with the coolest guys on the hill: Monte, Scott, Justin, Tom, and Gerrit!
SUMMARY
To perform assigned electrical and electronic maintenance and repair work on lifts, buildings, vehicles and related facilities. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience in electrical construction, electrical troubleshooting and maintenance techniques. Requires both electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Ability to work at heights of up to 100 feet.
Marketing
Reservationist: How well can you verbally market products?
SUMMARY
Responsible for booking guest reservations and providing detailed information to potential guests. Accommodate guest requests to the best of our availability. Provide detailed information about room amenities. Provide detailed information about resort activities and events. Stay current on ski packages and lodging promotions.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma and related job experience preferred.
Typing and basic 10 key skills required.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Strong telephone communication skills.
Accounting
Accounts Payable Clerk: SUMMARY
Run accounts payable checks and file invoices. Reconcile General Ledger accounts. Assist in preparation of bank statements. Perform audits. Analyze reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must be well organized.
Base Operations
Night Watchman: Seeking a position w/ lots of daylight hours off work to play?
SUMMARY
Night Security is assigned rounds during shift, and is responsible for checking the resort for any problems and the completion of nightly reports. Must provide protection to employees, guests and company property. Also runs errands for guests as needed. Supports the Lodging Departments Night Auditor.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Current driver's license.
Ability to solve practical problems.
Property Management
Homeowner Liaison: Be the communication bridge between our Property Manager and Homeowners!
SUMMARY
Responsible for all homeowner relations for Property Management. Assess vacation properties bi-annually at Teton Creek. Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Maintenance Manager for deep cleans and maintenance. Perform front desk duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service and/or hospitality experience.
Associate and/or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

SUMMARY
Responsible for front office support and assistance. Open and close office. Answer phones. Assist long and short term rental guests. Utilize Property Management System software. Must be knowledgeable of all resort activities for verbal marketing to off-hill guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma.
Must be detail oriented.
Understanding of basic functions of Word, Publisher, Excel.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
