We require a deposit at booking of one night's stay plus tax. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel outside of 30 days, we refund the initial advance deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee. We do process FULL payment 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 30 days and before 14 days, we refund the full amount less the initial advance deposit. In the unlikely event you need to cancel within 14 days you forfeit the entire amount.

Travel Insurance Protection is available to our guests at an affordable price. It not only protects the cost of your trip should you need to cancel due to circumstances beyond your control, but it also covers emergency medical expenses should an accident occur during your travels. Check In/Check Out
Check in is at 4:00 pm MST; Check out is at 11:00am MST. Departure after 11:00am will result in a late check-out fee of $150.00. Departure after 4:00pm will result in a late check-out fee equal to one night of room and tax.
Grand Targhee Resort considers an Adult as 13 years and older.
Grand Targhee Resort considers Children as 12 years and under.
Grand Targhee Resort considers a Small Child as 5 years and under.
Grand Targhee Resort is a non-smoking resort. Pets are also prohibited in the Grand Targhee Resort buildings. If any evidence of pets or smoking is in your lodging room, a cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged to deep clean the unit.
