LIFT HOURS:
- The lift will open 10:00am - 4:00pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Lifts are open 7 days a week.

- Q: Where is the meeting spot for Volunteers?
- A: The volunteer tent located in the vicinity of the Dreamcatcher ticket booth.
- Q: Where is the First Aid Room?
- A: First Aid is located on the parking lot side of the Rendezvous Day Lodge, on the corner by the swimming pool.
- Q: Where are the restrooms?
- A: In Rendezvous Day Lodge, bottom floor, behind stairs going to the plaza. Porta Potties are located at the festival site & camping.
- Q: Where can I buy lift tickets?
- A: The Activity Center, located in the main plaza.
- Q: Where can I get water?
- A: In Rendezvous Day Lodge or by the showers in the Lower Parking Lot and in the northeast corner of Parking Lot 4. Water coolers are located at the main entrance gate. Limited bottled water is available at the beverage vendor tent inside the venue. Bottled water is also available at the General Store in the Plaza entrance.
- Q: Where do you take or report lost kids?
- A: The upper festival main gate.
- Q: Where is lost and found?
- A: At Teton Mountain Outfitters until 5:00 p.m. then valuables (wallets, keys, etc.) will be taken to the Front Desk, Lodging Check-In.
CAMPING:
- Q: Where do I go for camping?
- A: South end of Parking Lot 2, look for the white tent and camping coordinators.
- Q: When does camping open on Friday?
- A: 9:00am
- Q: Can I purchase one night camping?
- A: Yes, you may purchase a one night camping wristband at the camping check-in in Lot 2 (see camping coordinator).
- Q: Can I reserve a camping site?
- A: Campsites are first come, first serve with pre-purchased camping tickets. Limited spaces will be sold on-site at the camping check-in.
- Q: Where do I get my camping wristband?
- A: At the camping check-in
- Q: What are the camping facilites like?
- A: Portable toilet facilities and drinking water available near your campsite. There are trash and recycling receptacles located near all campsites. Please do your part to keep our forest clean. Please recycle. Be mindful of your fellow campers and lodging guests and be respectful in regards to noise after 10:00 PM.
- Q: Are there designated QUIET ZONES?
- A: We have a limited number of "family quiet zone" camping sites in addition to our traditional sites - inquire at check-in.
- Q: Does everyone in my group need a camping pass?
- A: Camping is sold per person, not per site. Each person camping is required to have a camping pass meaning each person sleeping in an RV, Tent or under the stars is required to have a camping pass. Campsites are first come, first served with pre-purchased camping tickets. Camping is non-designated tent camping or in RV's. Vehicles over 22' must purchase oversized RV pass and will park in lot #4.
- Q: What are the different camping options?
- A: General camping for tents is off of Parking Lot 3, small campers are directed to the meadow near the horse corral, and tent camping is also available in the family zone (below Teewinot Lodge, down the Sacajawea access road). NO CAR CAMPING in main parking or in camping zones without a camping ticket. – strictly enforced.
- Q: Where is RV camping?
- A: North side of Lot 4 for larger RV’s (22 feet or longer) RV’s- 22 feet or longer $50. Smaller RV or Pop-up campers are directed to the meadow near the horse corral.
- Q: Are there hook-ups?
- A: No
- Q: What do I need to do with my food?
- A: Must be stored in bear resistant containers (enforced through the Caribou-Targhee National Forest) or in hard-sided vehicles.
- Q: I’m not camping but can I go visit a friend in the camping area?
- A: No, you must have a camping wristband in order to access the camping areas.
- Q: Can I build a fire or use a grill to cook food?
- A: No open fires allowed (and no fireworks.) Gas grills and stoves are OK.
- Q: Are there trash and recycling receptacles near the campsites?
- A: Yes
- Q: Where can I compost my food & compostable disposable items?
- A: Only inside the festival venue. Please consult a Green Team member to determine what is compostable.
- Q: Can I camp Sunday night?
- A: Yes, if you purchased a camping ticket for the festival
- Q: Will there be showers?
- A: Yes, there are limited showers for campers.
TICKETS / WRISTBANDS:
- Q: Where can I buy a festival ticket?
- A: Online at http://shop.grandtarghee.com or in person at Habitat located in Driggs ID, Activities Center at Grand Targhee Resort.
- Q: Where do I go to exchange my ticket for a wristband?
- A: The Dreamcatcher Ticket Booth off the main plaza. If camping, go to the camping check-in. If volunteering, go directly to the volunteer tent in the base area to pick up your wristband - no ticket is necessary.
- Q: When does the Ticket Booth open?
- A: On Friday at 3:00pm and Saturday/Sunday at 11:00am
- Q: Do I have to pay for my 10 year old?
- A: Camping is $15 for kids 12 & under/Kids 2 and under the festival is free. All kids will need a festival wristband.
- Q: Can I wear the wristband on my ankle?
- A: No - only on your wrist
- Q: When does the festival gate open each day?
- A: On Friday at 3:00pm and Saturday/Sunday at 11:00am
- Q: Can I get a refund on my festival ticket?
- A: No refunds.
FESTIVAL SITE:
- You will be allowed to leave the venue and come back in with a wrist band.
- Q: What is NOT allowed in the festival site?
- A: No Glass or bringing in your own alcohol on Festival Grounds. You are welcome to bring your own soft drinks in appropriate containers. Coolers and backpacks will be subject to search. We serve beer at the festival (don't forget your ID). We offer an assortment of delicious food for all tastes and all budgets. In addition Grand Targhee restaurants will be open for your dining pleasure. Coolers and backpacks can not be stored at the festival gates. Please use only low back chairs in front of the sound booth. If we can roll a basketball under it we will ask you to move. This includes umbrellas too.
- Q: Do I need an ID to be served alcohol?
- A: Yes, there will be alcohol wristband tents set up around the venue. Festival mugs will also be sold at the wristband tents (outside and inside the upper venue gate.)
- Q: Where can I leave my cooler if it is full of alcohol or glass and I can’t bring it into the site?
- A: In your vehicle – Coolers cannot be left at the gate.
- Q: Can I bring my bike into the festival site?
- A: No
- Q: Where can I get a festival schedule?
- A: At the Ticket Booth, Activity Center, Front Desk or Main Festival Gates
- Q: What kind of chair is allowed?
- A: Only low back chairs in the venue. Tents and taller chairs are not allowed in the venue. Taller chairs are any chair that the back of the chair is over 3’ from the ground.
- Q: Can I bring in a tarp or blanket?
- A: Tarps are allowed to reserve space and protect the grass.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
- Q: Can I get up the Ski Hill Road to the resort without a ticket?
- A: Yes, but you will have to pay a parking fee of $10 per day
- Q: Are pets allowed?
- A: Pets are STRONGLY discouraged for the safety of guests and the pets themselves. If you were unaware of our policy and do not have any other options for your pet, please respect the following:
- Pets are permitted in the parking lots only and must be kept in the owner’s vehicle when not being walked on a leash in the parking lots.
- Pets (excluding service animals) are NOT allowed in the festival venue, tent camping, lodging rooms nor on the plaza area.
- Pets are not permitted to run loose nor are pets to be secured outside of any vehicle when the owner is not present.
- KENNEL INFORMATION:

- Q: Is smoking allowed at the Resort?
- A: We are a smoke free Resort so no smoking is allowed except in one designated area located in Parking Lot 2 in the island of trees across from the Teewinot Lodge or on national forest land (if a no smoking ban is not in effect).
- Q: Can I use the pool and hot tub?
- A: The pool & hot tub is for lodging guests only (this does not include campers).
BUSES / SHUTTLES / PARKING
- Q: What is the bus schedule?
- A: It will be posted online and at the Main Festival Gate, Activity Center, Ticket Booth, Front Desk, on the Targhee website, at Will Call and at the bus pickup locations.
- Q: Where does the bus stop?
- A: The Driggs Community Center.
- Q: What is the parking fee?
- A: $10 per vehicle at Grand Targhee.
- Q: Who has to pay it?
- A: All vehicles with the exception of those who have an event parking pass, camping pass, Summer Season Music Pass or Lodging Guests who have a room booked at the resort.
- Q: Can people on the Will Call list ride the bus?
- A: Yes, Will Call for tickets will be at Habitat in downtown Driggs which is less than a block from our Will-Call.
- Q: Is there overnight parking?
- A: Yes, but only if you have a camping ticket or if you are staying in lodging. Any vehicle parked overnight without an overnight parking pass will be charged $30 for parking overnight.
- Q: Can Employees and Volunteers ride the bus?
- A: Yes, employees are strongly encouraged to ride the bus.
ACTIVITIES:
- Q: What activities are available?
- A: The Climbing Wall, Disc Golf, Scenic Chairlift Rides, Mountain Biking and Hiking.

RECYCLING & COMPOSTING:
- Q: What does Grand Targhee recycle?
- A: All glass, aluminum, plastics #1 & 2, tin and cardboard. Visit with a Green Team member for additional information. Composting is available inside the festival venue. A Green Team member will help you sort your waste system.
FIRE & GENERAL INFO
- No open fires or grills are allowed. No fireworks.
- Parking Passes are required (one per car per day; 3 day weekend passholders receive FREE parking pass). Purchase upon arrival.
- Festival takes place at 8,000 feet, be sure to bring sun protection and drink plenty of water!
- Drink responsibly!
Help Grand Targhee in being better stewards of the environment during this festival by:
- Recycling: we recycle paper, glass, aluminum, plastics #1 & 2, steel and cardboard.
- Make sure products that you bring with you use minimum packaging and are recyclable, too!
- Bring water bottles so you don't have to use disposable cups.
- If you are bathing, use natural products that are non-toxic.
- Stop by the Sustainability Booth and learn how you can decrease your impacts on Mother Nature!
- Use our FREE shuttle service from Teton Valley during Targhee Fest (this saves money and helps the environment- there's a $10 parking fee per car per day).
