Grand Targhee has a variety of meeting rooms accommodating groups of varying sizes. Our intimate setting provides both an invigorating and relaxing environment ideal for corporate meetings, weddings, family reunions or private parties. Our meeting facilities are centrally located in the base area just a few steps from all the resort activities including shopping, dining, hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, and a full-service Spa. We offer catering services, audio visual services, and the personal attention that ensures a successful meeting.

Meeting Rooms

Teewinot Conference Room Located within Teewinot Lodge this intimate conference room is ideal for groups up to 40 people. With a fireplace and views towards Peaked Mountain, the room creates an intimate atmosphere for board meetings, small classrooms, private parties, and receptions. The spectacular outside deck and surrounding lawn add to the appeal of the room and are used frequently for wedding ceremonies. The room has blackout capabilities and available options include audio visual equipment, screen, podium, and flip chart stands. Rendezvous Conference Room North Located upstairs in our main Rendezvous Lodge, this conference room is ideal for groups up to 100 people. High ceilings with unique chandeliers, sconces and dimmable lighting all create the perfect setting for banquets, large classrooms, private parties, and receptions. The room has blackout capabilities with wireless internet access and available options include audio visual equipment, large screen, podiums, and flip chart stands. Rendezvous Conference Room South Located upstairs in our main Rendezvous Lodge, this conference room is ideal for groups up to 80 people. With large windows, nine foot ceilings and views towards Fred's Mountain, the room is perfectly suited for business meetings, banquets, medium classrooms, and private parties. The room has blackout capabilities with wireless internet access, a large screen TV and available options include audio visual equipment, screen, podiums, and flip chart stands. Outdoor Tent Located during our summer season between Teewinot Lodge and Rendezvous Lodge, this 40'x60' tent is ideal for groups of 70 or more people. With elegant windows on the side panels, solid flat floor, intimate lighting, and views of Fred's Mountain, the tent is designed for wedding receptions, banquets, large classrooms, and private parties. Available options include audio visual equipment, screen, podiums, small stage, and flip chart stands. Wild Bill's North Located on the main level of Rendezvous Lodge, this room is suited for groups up to 80 people. With high ceilings and unique sconces the room is a great location for medium classrooms, private parties, and small banquets. The room has wireless internet access and available options include audio visual equipment, portable screen, podiums, and flip chart stands. The room is not available for winter day use by groups. Wild Bill's South Located on the main level of Rendezvous Lodge, this room is suited for groups up to 100 people. With tongue and groove ceiling, unique sconces, large picture windows and views of Fred's Mountain, this room is great for banquets, classrooms, and private parties. The room has wireless internet access and available options include audio visual equipment, portable screen, podiums, and flip chart stands. The room is not available for winter day use by groups. Aspen Room/Sun Room/Phoenix Room Located on the main level of Rendezvous Lodge, these rooms are ideal for groups up to 50 people. Conveniently located off the main plaza with built-in buffet service area, bay windows and views of the base area, these rooms are perfect for private parties, small classrooms, and receptions. The three rooms are connected to each other and have wireless internet access and available options include audio visual equipment, portable screen, podiums, and flip chart stands. The room is not available for winter day use by groups.
