The Branding Iron Grill opens for summer with new Chef Matt Renshaw. Chef Renshaw was most recently the Chef de cuisine at the Shore Lodge in McCall, Idaho and also spent time at the Columbia Gorge Hotel and Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. The Menu contains from scratch items with fresh local ingredients and Idaho raised beef. This summer look forward to mountainside dining featuring Farmer’s Market Fridays, Burger Night Wednesdays and House Smoked Prime Rib on Saturdays.
An expansive wine list is available with selections to complement a range of foods. The full bar serves liquor, local micro brews on tap, specialty cocktails, and wines by the glass.
A full children’s menu available at each meal with fun and healthy fare.

Food is served daily with items ranging from Wydaho nachos, to ‘American Kobe’ beef burgers, garlic fries (the best thing in the world with beer), hot wings, Gyros, Kobe Beef Sliders, homemade soups and hot hoagies. Whether you’re looking for a snack or a complete meal, The Trap menu fits the bill. The Trap features 8 flat screen HD TV’s with sports, ski/snowboard flicks and entertainment going on all day and night. Watch NFL Sunday Ticket baseball, as well as NHL Center Ice. Our bar offers 11 beers on tap, a full liquor selection, wine list, hot drink menu, and a wide variety of microbrews. Dining available both inside and outside with spectacular views of Fred’s Mountain. Family friendly dining available on the deck all summer long!
