Offering inspired mountain dining in a welcoming atmosphere that is both casual and family friendly. The Branding Iron Grill serves up creative breakfast, lunch and dinner options daily with home-made desserts.

Dining options include: a full salad bar, signature sandwiches and burgers like the Peanut Butter Bacon Burger and Cherry Chipotle Chicken Salad, Fresh Seafood, Wraps, and Pasta. The Branding Iron Grill features locally raised naturally grass-fed beef from Snake River Farms. Chef Chris is very conscious of the products he brings in, and all of our items are home-made and from-scratch. And daily, a full breakfast buffet is available for all our guests with fresh pastries, piping hot coffee from local roasters, fresh fruit, and all the trimmings!

An expansive wine list is available with selections to complement a range of foods, and the full bar serves liquor and micro brews on tap and is open every day including Sunday.

The famous Trap Bar is your casual place to unwind after a great day on the mountain, or after a round of disc golf. Enjoy great food, great drinks, and even better times! Food is served daily with items ranging from Wydaho nachos, to ‘American Kobe’ beef burgers, garlic fries (the best thing in the world with beer), hot wings, Gyros, Kobe Beef Sliders, homemade soups and hot hoagies. Whether you’re looking for a snack or a complete meal, The Trap menu fits the bill. The Trap features 8 flat screen HD TV’s with sports, ski/snowboard flicks and entertainment going on all day and night. Watch NFL Sunday Ticket baseball, as well as NHL Center Ice. Our bar offers 11 beers on tap, a full liquor selection, wine list, hot drink menu, and a wide variety of microbrews. Dining available both inside and outside with spectacular views of Fred’s Mountain. Family friendly dining available on the deck all summer long!

The Trap Mug Club: custom mugs and drink specials all year long.  New members are $35, current members can renew during the summer for $25.

Wild Bills Grill is a full service gourmet cafeteria serving lunch and snack options for everyone.  Chef Nacho's Taco Stand features handmade pork carnitas, tamales, fajitas, nachos and burritos.  Hand tossed fresh pizza, burgers, fries, baked potatoes with all of the fixins and a "Weener Spa" featuring specialty American kobe beef hot dogs offer tempting and quick lunch options.  Don't miss Chef Nacho's decadent, homemade clam chowder every Friday!

The General Store offers everything from snacks and soda to Grab & Go Deli selections such as ice cream, burritos, hot dogs and sandwiches.  Liquor and wine are sold here, as well as 12-packs of ice cold beer. Full supply of snacks, Fresh Pastries and baked goods and of course convenience store sundries including batteries, medicine and general household needs.
