Offering inspired slopeside dining in a welcoming atmosphere that is both casual and family friendly, the Branding Iron Grill serves up creative lunch and dinner options daily. Dining options include a full salad bar, signature sandwiches and burgers like the the BIG Burger, Grandma's Mac & Cheese and Targhee Meatloaf. The Branding Iron Grill features locally raised, naturally grass-fed beef from Snake River Farms. An expansive wine list is available with selections to complement a range of foods, and the full bar serves liquor and micro brews on tap and open Sunday!
Winter Special
Kids 12 years & under, Stay, Ski and Eat Free when lodging 4 nights at Grand Targhee Resort with each accompanying paying parent. One kid skis free with the purchase of each adult lift ticket. Kids eat free off the kids menu at the Branding Iron Grill with the purchase of one adult entrée from the dinner menu. Offer valid for one free kid’s meal per adult paid entrée daily from 4:30pm-6:00pm for lodging guests staying Four or more nights. To qualify for offer, meals must be charged to room.

NEW Sunday Prime Rib Night
Slow-smoked Kobe Prime Rib. Both queen & king cuts. Local grass-fed rib of beef slow smoked to perfection! Served with chef's seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. Special includes salad bar and a choice from three desserts. A great deal at $23 (12oz) and $30 (20oz). Children 10 and under are $12.

The famous Trap Bar is your casual place to unwind after skiing the best powder in the West. Enjoy great food, great drinks, and even better times! Entertainment ranging from solo acoustic acts to full bands round out both the après and nightlife experience at Grand Targhee and can be found just about any day of the week. Lunch is served daily with items ranging from Wydaho nachos, to ‘American Kobe’ beef burgers, garlic fries (the best thing in the world with beer), hot wings, homemade soups and hot hoagies. Whether you’re looking for a snack or a complete meal, The Trap menu fits the bill. The Trap features 8 flat screen HD TV’s with sports, ski/snowboard flicks and entertainment going on all day and night. Watch NFL Sunday Ticket as well as NHL Center Ice. Our bar offers 11 beers on tap, a full liquor selection, wine list, hot drink menu, and a wide variety of microbrews.
The Trap Mug Club: custom mugs and drink specials all winter long. New members are $35, current members can renew during the summer for $25.

Monday is Wing Night: Every Monday from 3pm - 6pm, enjoy $0.50 wings when you order 10 or more (10 wings for $5) and Grand Teton Brewing Company brews for $4 a pint.
Taco Tuesday and Open Mic: Every Tuesday from 3pm-6pm, enjoy $1 Kobe beef or chicken tacos when you order four or more, in addition to $5 margaritas! Moonshine Mary will host Open Mic from 3:30pm - 6pm, so warm up those vocal cords with a margarita and get ready to belt your heart out!
Hump Day Happy Hour: Every Wednesday from 3pm - 6pm, enjoy $5 Teton Teas (Sweet Tea Vodka and Lemonade) and $5 Buck-a-Bone Riblets.
