Offering inspired slopeside dining in a welcoming atmosphere that is both casual and family friendly, the Branding Iron Grill serves up creative lunch and dinner options daily. Dining options include a full salad bar (except on Sushi Night), signature sandwiches and burgers like the Peanut Butter Bacon Burger and Cherry Chipotle Chicken Salad, and Fresh Seafood. The Branding Iron Grill features locally raised, naturally grass-fed beef from Snake River Farms. An expansive wine list is available with selections to complement a range of foods, and the full bar serves liquor and micro brews on tap and open Sunday!

Slow-smoked Kobe Prime Rib. Both queen & king cuts. Local grass-fed rib of beef slow smoked to perfection! Served with chef's seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.
