CAMPING INFO:

Grand Targhee Resort event camping is located at the resort in a venue centric meadow of aspens.  Camping is located near our Sprung Building which offers restrooms and showers for campers.

  • The Price is $20.00 per Camp Site (not per person) for the weekend of the event.
  • There is no midweek camping allowed.
  • Tickets may be mailed or picked up at the Activities Center during normal operating hours.
  • For campers who arrive after the Activities Center is closed, may pick up and/or pay for their camping at the Front Desk.
  • Q: Can I reserve a camping site?
  • A: Campsites are first come, first serve with pre-purchased camping tickets.  Limited spaces will be sold on-site at the camping check-in.
  • Q: Where do I get my camping wristband?
  • A: At the camping check-in at the Activities Center.
  • Q: What are the camping facilites like?
  • A: Restrooms, showers and drinking water is available near your campsite. There are trash and recycling receptacles located throughout the resort. Please do your part to keep our forest clean. Please recycle. Be mindful of your fellow campers and lodging guests and be respectful in regards to noise after 10:00 PM.
  • Q: Are there hook-ups?
  • A: No
  • Q: What do I need to do with my food?
  • A: Must be stored in bear resistant containers (enforced through the Caribou-Targhee National Forest) or in hard-sided vehicles.
  • Q: Can I build a fire or use a grill to cook food?
  • A: No open fires allowed (and no fireworks.)  Gas grills and stoves are OK.
