Come to the Driggs City Center May 16 for Locavore’s Night Out presented by Slow Food in the Tetons from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. You can purchase tickets by visiting TetonSlowFood.org. Slow Food in the Tetons promotes and celebrates good, clean, and fair food in our community through educational programming, events, and initiatives.
Locavore’s Night Out is a produce trade show featuring the region’s diverse community of producers. The idea is to create face-to-face time for producers with retailers, restaurants, and consumers for the summer season. All benefits raised go to support Slow Food programming in Teton Valley and Jackson Hole. 2014 programming includes:
- Youth Culinary Project
- People’s Market including the Iron Chef competition
- Cooking Classes
- Regional Food Guide
