The Grand Targhee Holiday Celebration
Enjoy the Holidays Grand Targhee style, festivities to begin December 17
(Alta, WY – December 13, 2011) Grand Targhee kicks off two full weeks of Holiday Celebration with a trek to the North Pole to see Santa and ends with the annual Torchlight Parade and Fireworks on New Years.

December 17, 2011 Trek to ‘Ghee North Pole and Santa Visitation.
Bring the kids to visit Santa in secret outdoor location.
12-3pm Visit the Activity Center for directions.

December 31, 2011 Torchlight Parade
Kids Glow stick Parade is open to children age 5-14 who possess basic turning and stopping skills. Participation is limited, register before 4:00 pm at Ski School, meet at Ski School at 4:15 pm. The Adult Torchlight is open to skiers and riders age 12 and up, roadside flares are used and old clothing is recommended. Meet at Ski School at 4:45 pm to register; torchlight will start at approximately 5:30 pm.
Fireworks!
Fireworks will start after the completion of the torchlight parades.
