Terrain Parks

Riding terrain at Grand Targhee comes in all flavors.  For those interested in stretching above and beyond the slopes, our Terrain Parks are for snowboarders of all ages and abilities.

The top of our Trick Town Terrain park allows skiers and riders new to the terrain park a chance to ease your way in the world of freestyle sliding, with plenty of fun rails, mailboxes and other gentle terrain park features.

The Trick Town Terrain Park is also great for riders and skiers who want to take it up a notch. Once conditions allow, we offer over 15 thrilling features including table top, rainbow, flat down flat and flat down rails, mailboxes, helmet hill, spine hill and some sweet fun boxes.

Our natural terrain creates excellent freestyle opportunities and with expert grooming some of it is converted into a playground to really get you stoked. The new area is currently called Middle Earth and located off the Teton Vista Traverse.

No matter who you are or how skilled you may be in the world of freestyle terrain park boarding, everyone must understand and internalize the following Grand Targhee Resort Freestyle Terrain Guidelines.  Bottom line: keeping it safe, keeps it fun for everyone.
