F&B Receiving Lead – Year Round

The F&B Warehouse & Receiving Lead is instrumental in helping develop and fulfill the short/long-term goals for the F&B Department.  The Warehouse & Receiving Lead works with the F&B Director, Chef’s, and Operational Managers to insure the highest quality possible products with the best price.   Security and sanitary storage of those items is of the utmost importance. Must maintain a professional working condition, environment, performance, safety and sanitation for all receiving real estate and general areas including dry storage, coolers, loading dock.  Responsible for F&B recycling effort.  The above goals will be accomplished by the Leads proper implementation, promotion & adherence to service standards for our operation and the continual evaluation of the products served.  This position will instill a strong atmosphere of success in order to promote self motivation and will address discrepancies when observed with your direct reports.  In addition, the Lead will develop guidelines and goals within the structure of the budget, achieving results through the practice of prudent leadership and cost controlling measures.  A key part of every employee’s job is to serve as a Targhee ambassador, engaging the guest/internal/external at every opportunity.
