Spend Your Summer At Targhee

End of ski season got you down? Lift your spirits and starting planning your summer travels to the Tetons. While we may be known for our powder skiing here at the Ghee, we have so much more to offer. During the summer you’ll experience over 70 miles of biking and hiking trails, an 18 hole disc golf course, scenic chair lift rides, a climbing wall, bungee trampoline, outside dining, and more. With slopeside lodging, a variety of vacation rentals, and overnight camping we have lodging options for everyone during their travels. Grand Targhee is also conveniently located within 2 hours of both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, making it the perfect place to base your adventures.

Have The Tetons To Yourself

Just because the lifts will not be spinning does not mean there is a shortage of things to do in the Tetons. During the spring, you can escape the hustle and enjoy the quiet times. As the snow melts get out and explore or simply relax while taking in the jaw-dropping beauty. During the month of April, you can visit Grand Teton National Park by bike while only sharing the park with your fellow riders and the local wildlife. In order to not disrupt wildlife migration patterns, Grand Teton National Park is closed to cars until May 1, 2021. Take advantage of the off-season and experience the area like a local. Find the perfect accommodations for our visit with our vacation rentals in Teton Valley.  Stay awhile and save 25% on your lodging when you book 7+ nights.

Coming To A Close…

Where do the days go? There are less than a dozen days before our closing day here at Grand Targhee. Make the trip and come get your skiing fix before the lifts stop spinning. With nothing but sunshine in the forecast spring skiing should be in full effect. Grab the grill, dust off those retro outfits and double up on sunscreen as we say goodbye to the 2020/ 2021 season! Our closing day will be on April 11, 2021 with the last chair at 4:00pm. However, we do have one final event this Sunday morning! Bring the whole family and take part in our on-mountain Easter Egg Hunt. Skiing, candy, and the Easter Bunny make for a perfect morning. Kids and families can begin to load the Shoshone chairlift at 8:45am on April 4, 2021 for the hunt!
