Grand Targhee Resort

Help out Paw-trol via the GTK9 Fundraiser!

There is still time to help our furry friends on ski patrol! During the month of January, the Grand Targhee Avalanche Dog Foundation is holding an online fundraiser to support the pups. Via a silent auction and raffle, you can help a great cause, and walk away with prizes like a Targhee season pass or cat skiing at Soldier Mountain. The dogs training, feeding, and care is fully funded by the support of people like you. Your contribution could save lives; the fundraiser ends January 31, 2021!

Bobcats and Big Cats, Unite!

Get the kids out on the hill with our Bobcat and Big Cat multi-week sessions, now being offered on Saturdays! Whether they are just learning to ski or have already conquered the hill on a snowboard, we have the perfect group for them. Over the course of four weekends, they will develop their skills, make new friends, and most importantly have fun. Let our great instructors take the wheel while you enjoy a much-deserved day in the mountains.

We love winter and we know you do too. We are so lucky to call Teton Valley home. We have some great organizations that are supporting the love of winter sports. Show your support and check out these two great fundraisers:

Winter Trails Challenge: Teton Valley Trails & Pathways groom over 2,000 miles of trails each winter. Get your Friluftsliv on – it’s the Scandinavian concept of open-air living. Ski, bike or ride more than 2000 miles as a community this January and February.

Adult Race League – Teton Valley Ski Education Foundation’s adult race series kicks off on February 11, 2021. Rally your family, friends, neighbors, or co-workers!  It’s a fun and social adult race league open to skiers and snowboarders of all abilities.  The course is open from 2:00pm – 4:00pm for four consecutive Thursdays of gates, giving, and good times. Cash awards and bragging rights presented to the top three winning teams on the final Thursday, March 4, 2021.

2021 Music Festivals

Grand Targhee Resort has made the difficult decision to not hold the 2021 Targhee Fest and the 2021 Grand Targhee Bluegrass Festival due to the uncertainty around COVID-19. Plans and potential dates for both festivals for 2022 and beyond have not been determined. Guests with lodging reservations may choose to keep them for this summer at regular summer rates or may cancel and receive a full refund. The resort will not be taking lodging reservations for summer 2022 at this time. Thank you for your continued support.
