Grand Targhee Resort would like to help you make the most out of your trip. If you have not yet planned your activities, now is a great time to start. Below are some of the exciting activities available to enhance your Targhee experience.

In the summer Grand Targhee is home to a world-class trail system. With over 70 miles of multi-use trails for biking, hiking, and horseback riding the Targhee Trails are unmatched. Our Mountain Bike Park offers almost 20 miles of lift-served downhill trails via both the Shoshone and Dreamcatcher chairlifts. There are options for every type of rider whether you are just starting out or looking to test your skills. In addition to the Bike Park, there are over 50 miles of cross-country trails that reach every corner of Grand Targhee. Get out on two wheels or a Guided Hike via foot to start exploring. In addition to biking, Targhee offers a variety of activities during the summer months. Take a Scenic Chair Ride to the top of Fred’s Mountain and enjoy iconic views of the Tetons. Sign the kids up for Summer Camp or let them climb, jump and explore in the Kids Fun Zone. Relax and play 18 Targhee style on our 18 Hole Disc Golf Course or kick your feet up on the Trap Bar deck! Even if biking isn’t your thing there are still plenty of ways to get out on the trails and experience the Tetons including Horseback Rides with our local cowboy.

Throughout the summer, Grand Targhee Resort offers a variety of great dining options. Whether you are fueling up for a big day on the bike, taking a midday break from the mountain, or celebrating with the whole family you’ll find delicious food while sitting mountainside.

The Branding Iron Grill is our signature restaurant, where you will enjoy handhelds and more for lunch. Our new diner menu features USDA Prime cuts, composed entrees, and a la cart menu.
The Trap Bar & Grill is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain. Menu favorites include Wydaho Nachos, Burgers, Hot Wings, Falafels, and Homemade Soups and Chili.
Snorkels Cafe is open daily serving coffee, espresso, and continental-style grab-and-go breakfast, sandwiches, salads, snacks, and Ice Cream.

Looking to head to town for a bite? In Driggs, you’ll find Forage, Tatanka Tavern, O’Rourkes, Teton Thai, Bangkok Kitchen, and Agave. If you’re down in Victor, check out Big Hole BBQ, The Knotty Pine Supper Club, The Brakeman, Spoons, and Wildlife Brewery.
