Dylan Mertz | Director of Property Management
Dylan was an attorney in private practice and has nearly five years of experience in the areas of Property and Tort Law litigating landlord/tenant issues, boundary and deed disputes, and premises liability injuries. He simultaneously purchased, renovated, and rented long-term residences in Northwest Ohio, building a successful in-house property management program from scratch to a collection of 14 units in five years. It wasn’t until he left Northwest Ohio and began the transition to the realm of guest services, did he realize the incredible experience hotel management would provide. Over the last three years he has utilized his BA in Strategic Communication by providing front-of-house management to hotels in Teton Village, and most recently, Grand Targhee Resort as the Front Desk Manager, handling a gamut of guest-facing responsibilities
Kristie Eggebroten | Property Manager
Kristie is an accomplished Senior Executive, Entrepreneur, and Consultant with 30 years of success across the retail, real estate, and software industries. Leveraging experience developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for leading retailers, she can assist owners looking to drive long-term, sustainable growth. Her broad areas of expertise include retail operations, customer relationship management, digital advertising, business analytics, project management, market analysis, and operations management. Kristie also manages her own portfolio of rental properties in Driggs and SLC. She sits on the board of Hapi Trails Horse Rescue as Development Director, Rotary Club of Teton Valley as Treasurer and on the board of Teton Valley Search and Rescue.
Ben Hitchcock | Maintenance Foreman
Ben has been working on homes since he could walk. He got his start alongside his father who labored as a plumber and ran his own business during Ben’s adolescence. Through this familial apprenticeship, Ben learned the trade from ground-break to finish work, getting homes turn-key ready and repairing them when things didn’t go as planned. As a direct result of his early know-how, Ben was able to own and operate his own handyman business for 9+ years, after which he was hired as the Superintendent of a renovation of an 88-unit apartment complex. Desiring a life closer to nature and the outdoors in Teton Valley for himself and his family, he has brought his skills to the Grand Targhee Property Management Team as the Maintenance Foreman solving problems and saving our homeowners money.
Alison Arbelo | Director of Housekeeping
Alison came to Grand Targhee Resort 6 years ago with experience in the finance, retail and hospitality industries. With her diverse background she offers great guest service, attention to detail, and finding creative solutions for any situation that comes her way. She sets high standards for her department that has resulted in high guest satisfaction scores and reviews. Alison’s love for Teton Valley and all it has to offer is reflected in her dedication to the job. Alison looks forward to caring for our properties and guests.
