Your homes will be featured on the Grand Targhee Resort website, VRBO, included in resort email promotions, and more.
We believe one of the foundations to a great guest experience is a sparkling clean place to lay your head at night after a day full of adventure. Our staff works tirelessly to provide guests with a clean and comfortable experience. Included in our contract are housekeeping departure cleans for each guest. Our staff will also inspect each unit prior to arrivals and secure the unit upon each departure. Our Housekeeping staff has developed solid relationships with key vendors providing carpet cleaning, dry cleaning, linen services, and deep cleaning services at unbeatable prices to keep your bottom line looking great.
Overlooked and unattended to maintenance issues can be a plague on owner profits. That’s why we offer a minimum of one property assessment per month. Couple that with freeze checks, pre-arrival inspections, quarterly preventative maintenance inspections, and long-standing 3rd party vendor relationships and you have a maintenance program that ensures your unit will remain in outstanding shape with minimal downtime when maintenance issues inevitably occur.
We handle all the accounting for your property including processing monthly revenue, payments, and charges. We will promptly email monthly statements each month and direct deposit is included in owner revenue distributions at no extra charge. With year-end statements and auto-generated 1099’s, we make accounting a breeze for owners.
Homeowner’s have 24/7 online access to their monthly statements, newsletters, and reservations. Each homeowner has access to viewing and booking reservations for themselves and their guests.
You will be assigned a Property Manager who is responsible for managing and coordinating all of the above departments. They will be the liaison between the homeowner and each Grand Targhee Resort department, as well as ensuring that each guest is completely satisfied with their accommodations and experience. In addition, she will perform annual property evaluations and inventory each property. Your property manager can also work as your asset manager and make recommendations to improve your homes long-term value and increase revenue.
