With fresh snow, more on the way, and kids out of school for President’s Day, the vibe at Targhee will be cranked full throttle this weekend. Below are a list of key tips that will help you take full advantage during your visit.

Carpool to Protect Our Winters

When you Carpool with 3 or more people or take the shuttle between 8:00am and 11:00am this holiday weekend, and all other weekends in February, you’ll receive a chance to enter to win a prize! Grand Targhee is working to lower emissions and increase space in our parking lots, while working to Protect Our Winters. Start the day off right by pilling all your friends and family in the car, heading up the hill, and retrieving your enter to wins!

Tubing Park is Open this Monday

Tubing Park fun is typically dedicated to Wednesday through Sunday. But thanks to President’s Day, you’ll have a chance to partake this Monday as well! The park will be open from 12PM to 4PM, and you can reserve your slot in advance by calling the activity center at 307-353-2300 x 1355.

Wild Bill’s Pizza Window

There are plenty of food options available around the resort, with the addition of the Happy Hunting Grounds grill in the Plaza on the weekends. But, many don’t know about Wild Bill’s Pizza Window, located in the Arcade. Full Pizzas are available to order through the window from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Play some games in the arcade while you warm up in between runs, and feed the whole family with a tasty pizza-pie!

Kid’s Night Out

Are you excited to spend a day sharing your love for skiing and riding with your kids, but are interested in some après as well? Grand Targhee’s licensed child care center is the perfect place for children ages 2 months to 12 years of age who need some after hours care while parents enjoy an evening out. During Kid’s Night Out, care providers will keep your children entertained with dinner, night gazing, crafts, and other fun activities. Call 307-353-2300 x1326 to reserve a spot.

Deep Discounts on Retail

Grand Targhee is home to two retail shops, Teton Mountain Outfitters and the Board Shop. This holiday weekend both will be offering great deals on gear. Habitat, located in downtown Driggs will also be offering 20-50% off boots!

  • The Board Shop’s deals include: 20% off ‘soft goods’, 30% off Burton boards, and 20% off Never Summer boards.
  • Teton Mountain Outfitters deals include: 20-30% clothing, and 20-40% skis, boots and bindings!

Music at the Trap

  • Friday, February 16th, 2018: Blaze Kelly, from 3-6pm & Great American Taxi at 10PM, buy your ticket in advance here for 10$ or pay 15$ at the door. A late night shuttle will be running, check times here.
  • Saturday, February 17th, 2018: Sneaky Pete & the Secret Weapons, from 3-6pm.
  • Sunday, February 18th, 2018: Boondocks, from 3-6pm.
