The Branding Iron Grill is the best-kept dining secret at Grand Targhee Resort. A welcoming atmosphere that is upscale, casual, and family-friendly, enjoy lunch and dinner daily while dining slopeside with your family. The menu contains house-made items including fresh local ingredients and Wyoming-raised beef from Durham Ranch. This winter, enjoy Après Daily from 3:00pm – 6:00pm, breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, and Sunday Night Prime Rib Dinner. An expansive wine list offers complementary pairings for a range of foods and palates. The full bar serves liquor, local micro brews on tap, specialty cocktails, and wines by the glass. A full children’s menu is also available.
Chef David Hugo
Chef David Hugo is a Vermont native and the former owner of Starry Night Cafe in Ferrisburgh, Vermont, and the food manager/head chef at Shelburne Farms. He brings a wealth of knowledge from the food industry, including a focus on farm-to-table style dining, sustainable farming and cooking practices, and award-winning culinary skills.
