Grand Targhee Resort offers employee housing options to help make living and working in Teton Valley a little easier. Housing is limited and availability varies.
Johnson Ave Employee Housing
Rates
- Private Room: Starting at $325 bi-weekly
- Shared Room: Starting at $250 bi-weekly
Utilities Included
Rent includes water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
TVR Employee Housing
Available during the winter season only.
Rates
- Private Loft: Starting at $250 bi-weekly
- Shared Loft: Starting at $225 bi-weekly
- Private Bedroom: Starting at $300 bi-weekly
- Shared Bedroom: Starting at $250 bi-weekly
Utilities Included
Rent includes water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
Housing Fees
- Security Deposit: $200
- Application Fee: $50, nonrefundable
Employee Housing Eligibility
Employees must be full-time and work 32+ hours per week to qualify for employee housing.
Pet-Friendly Housing
Pet-friendly housing is very limited and requires prior approval from the Employee Housing Team. Pet-friendly accommodations are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
All housing rates include utilities such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
*Please note that employee housing is only available to full-time employees working 32 hours or more a week. Ask your manager if you apply!

- Every common area space come fully furnished, including Google Chromecast TVs to watch your favorite shows.
- Leave the pots and pans at home, we've provided everything you'll need for family dinner night with your new housemates. Utensils and cookware come included with every kitchen.
- If you do decide to bring a vehicle, we have parking spaces available for residents free of charge!
- Placement is determined by departmental housing allotments. You may request a specific location, but placement cannot be guaranteed.
- Pet-friendly housing is extremely limited and requires prior approval from the housing team.
