Rent starting at just $400 a month for a shared bedroom. Looking for some privacy? We have private bedrooms for only $500 a month. Utilities (water, electric and wifi) are all included.

- Every common area space come fully furnished, including Google Chromecast TVs to watch your favorite shows.
- Leave the pots and pans at home, we've provided everything you'll need for family dinner night with your new housemates. Utensils and cookware come included with every kitchen.
- If you do decide to bring a vehicle, we have parking spaces available for residents free of charge!
