Grand Targhee Resort offers employee housing options to help make living and working in Teton Valley a little easier. Housing is limited and availability varies.

Johnson Ave Employee Housing

Rates

  • Private Room: Starting at $325 bi-weekly
  • Shared Room: Starting at $250 bi-weekly

Utilities Included
Rent includes water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

TVR Employee Housing

Available during the winter season only.

Rates

  • Private Loft: Starting at $250 bi-weekly
  • Shared Loft: Starting at $225 bi-weekly
  • Private Bedroom: Starting at $300 bi-weekly
  • Shared Bedroom: Starting at $250 bi-weekly

Utilities Included
Rent includes water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

Housing Fees

  • Security Deposit: $200
  • Application Fee: $50, nonrefundable

Employee Housing Eligibility

Employees must be full-time and work 32+ hours per week to qualify for employee housing.

Pet-Friendly Housing

Pet-friendly housing is very limited and requires prior approval from the Employee Housing Team. Pet-friendly accommodations are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

All housing rates include utilities such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

The Details

  • Every common area space come fully furnished, including Google Chromecast TVs to watch your favorite shows.
  • Leave the pots and pans at home, we've provided everything you'll need for family dinner night with your new housemates. Utensils and cookware come included with every kitchen.
  • If you do decide to bring a vehicle, we have parking spaces available for residents free of charge!
  • Placement is determined by departmental housing allotments. You may request a specific location, but placement cannot be guaranteed.
  • Pet-friendly housing is extremely limited and requires prior approval from the housing team.

Bears can be encountered anywhere on the mountain and are especially active late summer and fall in preparation for winter. Be bear aware.
