Mining products are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings for GTR Mining Co. are non-refundable. If a guest is unable to use their booking the day they booked for, they may transfer it to a future date during the 2026 Summer Season. If the Resort closes the mining area due to weather, unused items are subject to be returned to stored value on your account.
Check-In information
Guests who pre-purchased GTR Mining Co products, please visit the Activity Center to check in and sign your waiver in person if you did not sign it at check out. Please have your confirmation email available.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign a release form if it has not already been completed online.
