Enjoy all the festival vibes by camping at Targhee or if you plan to drive, we're offering a limited amount of 3-Day Festival Parking Passes.
Camping and parking passes will be available to purchase until they sell out or 8.7.23. You must have a reservation; no day of camping bookings will be available.
All camping reservations are for 4 nights of camping beginning on 8.10.23. Unused night will be forfeited and may not be transferred to another guest.
All parking passes are for 3 days of Festival Parking beginning on 8.11.23. If you purchase a 3-Day Festival Parking Pass, sleeping in your vehicle is permitted as long as your vehicle is 18' or under. You do not need to leave each day and come back.
Before you start the booking process, please make sure to gather the first and last name and date of birth of each guest who will be staying at your campsite. Each guest must be registered on your reservation. If you don't know your guests names just yet, you can add or change them up until 7.27.23.

Camping Quick Notes
- Single day parking will be available to purchase each day during the festival, but very limited.
- Trailer and vehicle used to tow count as one. Personal vehicles count as a separate unit.
- All guests must be registered in the reservation, you will be required to add first/last name and date of birth of each guest when you book.
- Guests that are not part of a camping reservations are not allowed to access the camping area.
- Reservations can be made for a camping zone, but not a specific site. If you want to camp with friends or family, please book the same zone and caravan to the Resort together for the best chances of camping near each other. We cannot guarantee parties will be located next to each other.
- Access to the pool will not be available to camping guests during the Festival.

How to book
- Camping can only be booked online, please click the book now button above.
- Please be sure to have the first and last name and date of birth of each person in your party.
- There are a limited number of spots in each zone, inventory will automatically deplete as bookings are made.
Camping check-in
The head of the camping party must be 18 or older to check-in for a reservation. All accompanying guests listed on the reservation must be present at the time of check-in and provide check-in barcodes. Wristbands will be put on each person by Resort staff. Valid government-issued photo ID is required to check-in for all guests 18 or older. You may check-in any time after 12:00 PM on Thursday 8.10.23. Check-out time is 11:00 AM on Monday 8.14.23.
Check-in tent location and available hours will be published closer to Festival date. Please check the Bluegrass Camping page prior to arrival for most up to date information.
Parking Check-In
All parking passes are for 3 days of Festival Parking beginning on 8.11.23, check-out time is 11:00 AM on Monday 8.14.23.
Check-in with your parking pass barcode and valid driver's license at the main Resort entrance to receive your 3-day tag.
camping Cancellation policy
Cancellations made outside 14 days of arrival date will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. In the unlikely event a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, the entire cost of the stay will be forfeited. The cutoff date and time to cancel a reservation with minimum penalty or make name/campsite changes is 4:00 PM 7.27.23.

Parking cancellation policy
Cancellations made outside 14 days of arrival date will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. In the unlikely event a reservations is cancelled within 14 days of arrivals date, the entire cost of the pass will be forfeited. The cutoff date and time to cancel a reservation with minimum penalty or make name/parking changes is 4:00 PM 7.27.23.

Camping & Rv parking rules
- Maximum number of persons and vehicles may not exceed the advertised maximums per campsite. Additional personal vehicles/guests will require to book an additional site.
- Trailer and vehicle used to tow count as one. Personal vehicles count as a separate unit.
- Do not camp or park on trails.
- Camping permits must be hung from your rear-view mirror, tape to the windshield or tent. Your camping permit must be visible at all times.
- Portable toilets and showers, drinking water and trash and recycling receptacles are available in the camping area.
- No electrical, water, or waste hook-ups are available.
- Food must be stored in bear resistant containers or in hard-sided vehicles (enforced through the Caribou-Targhee National Forest) .
- No smoking, open campfires or charcoal grills.
- Gas grills and gas fire pits are allowed but must be stored inside vehicle when to in use. During fire bans, they may also be prohibited.
- Be mindful of your fellow campers and lodging guests. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in property removal.
- Access to the pool and fitness cabin are not included.
- Pets are strongly discouraged for the safety of guests and pets themselves. If you were unaware of our policy, and do not have any other options for your pet, please respect the following:
- Pets are permitted in the parking lots only and must be kept in the owner's vehicle when not being walked on leash in the parking lots.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the festival venue, tent camping areas or in the Plaza area, excluding service animals
- Pets are NOT permitted to run loose nor are pets to be secured outside of any vehicle when the owner is not present.
Note: Our Meadow camping sites are not leveled and have a dirt access road. It is the responsibility of the camper to assess safe access/exit to and from their site. Should any vehicles need assistance to remove themselves from the area, the camper will be responsible for contacting a tow truck service. Grand Targhee Resort is not responsible for towing vehicles out.
