Winter Activity Finder

Winter is high-time up here at Targhee, so there’s always a good time to be found. We’ve got a mountain of activities for you to have a crack at, both on the slopes and off. In fact, there’s such a long list of adventures on offer, you might struggle to fit it all in. Here’s a selection of some of our favorites to get you goin’.

Snowshoeing

Take things at a slower pace and saunter through the forests surrounding our resort by snowshoe. We offer rentals for the whole family and several miles of trails for you to explore.

Nordic Skiing

Strap on a pair of skinny skis and stride through the wooded terrain around the 'Ghee. We’ve got trails groomed for classic and skate skiing, as well as rentals and lessons available.

Bluegrass Week!  Starting Wednesday, BooBoo and access to Shoshone will be closed for stage installation.  Riders must follow signs to the pumphouse road to access Ricks Trails, the base area from up high and Shoshone lift.  Trails will be open during the festival but parking is limited to permits only.  Take a shuttle or ride your bike.
