Conditions Update

Wednesday brings a return to active weather at Targhee, with clouds building through the late morning and snow developing into the afternoon. Temperatures stay cold and consistent in the teens, keeping snow quality light and dry once it starts falling. Forecast models suggest around 2–5" of new snow through the day, with the best window for accumulation from mid-day into early evening. Winds remain fairly mellow out of the southwest and west, generally 5–10 mph, making for comfortable storm riding and improving surface conditions as fresh snow stacks up.
