Have you run into problems with a ticket purchase on the Grand Targhee app? We have created the app shop as simple and easy as possible, and if you have typed in the fields correctly, the purchase should run smoothly.

If you encounter an error message during the process of registering the keycard, it is most likely because of mistyping the numbers, or that the particular keycard is blocked from usage by other reasons in this ski resort. Then try another Skidata keycard you might have available. Some Skidata ski resorts also accept keycards from Axess, so check this with the actual ski resort. The secure payment solution is provided by NETS.

After a successful transaction, within a few minutes, your keycard will be loaded with a valid ticket for the chosen date(s). You should now be able to head straight for the slopes as long as you are bringing the right keycard in your pocket. Please note that the keycard-reader at the ski lift might need some extra seconds to validate your first passage.

If you encounter problems, please contact the staff on-site or at the ticket office, which will help you get going as soon as possible. Your receipt and proof of purchase is sent you by email.
