ACTIVITIES/LESSONS, CHILD CARE/KIDS CAMP, TICKETS/PASSES & RENTALS POLICIES
Full payment is required for all bookings.
All activities, bike park access, season passes and lessons require signing our Activities Liability Waiver in advance. Please be sure to review check-in instructions prior to arrival.
(Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign a release form if it has not already been completed online. Equipment rentals requires an adult present to sign rental agreement.)
COVID-19 | SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
If a governmental agency restricts recreational travel from the state, county, or country from which a traveler resides, if a stay-at-home order or quarantine is mandated prior to travelling or upon return to the traveler’s home state, or, if a traveler tests positive for COVID-19, Grand Targhee Resort will issue a full refund or rescheduling within the same season for lodging, lift tickets, and activities. The effective date of the restriction must occur prior to the traveler’s arrival at Grand Targhee Resort. The Resort will not charge for services it is unable to provide due to COVID-19 with respect to lodging, lift tickets, and activities.
Traveler must provide written medical/governmental documentation to activity@grandtarghee.com or reservations@grandtarghee.com prior to arrival date. A $25 processing fee will apply for all refunds. Photos of at-home tests are not considered valid documentation. Please provide test registration with results.
CANCELLATION POLICIES

Snowshoeing, Ski/Snowboard Lessons, Bike Lessons, Yoga, Guided Nature Walks, Horseback Riding
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and will be charged a $25 processing fee. Same day cancellation or no show will forfeit the entire booking cost. Every effort will be made to reschedule the activity with 24-hour advance notice, change is subject to availability.
Grand Targhee Summer Activities
All bookings for the activities area, lift operations, and Grand Targhee Activity Pass are non-refundable. Individual activities can only be booked on the day of use. If a guest is unable to use their booking that day, they may transfer it to a future date during the 2021 Summer Season. If Grand Targhee Resort closes the activities area or lift operations within 30 minutes of purchase, unused items are refundable.
Summer Pool Sessions
Pool sessions may be canceled with no penalty up to 24 hours prior to reservation date/time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation date/time will not be refunded. Date changes are permitted with a 24-hour notice.
If the pool is closed by Grand Targhee Resort in its entirety, a full refund will only be issued if the pool is closed for more than 30 minutes during a session. No refunds will apply for hot tub closures, or pool closures impacting less than 30 minutes of a session.
Winter Child Care
Bookings may be rescheduled with no penalty with 24-hour advance notice. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and will be charged a $25 processing fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Summer Kids Camp
Kids Camp bookings may be rescheduled with no penalty with 24-hour advance notice. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and will be charged a $25 processing fee per day camp/bike rental per camper. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If you have rented a bike with your day camp, fees will apply for the Bike Rental in addition to the Kids Camp fees.
If the camper is not feeling well, please do not have them come to camp for the day. Please email reservations@grandtarghee.com or call 307-353-2300 ext. 1800 as soon as possible to let us know of
the change. Please leave a voicemail if you are calling outside of business hours. BIKE RENTAL BOOKINGS CAN NOT BE CHANGED ON THE DAY OF USE AND WILL BE FORFEITED.

Winter Lift Tickets
Winter Lift Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket stubs may be presented for a replacement ticket if the ticket falls off which will void original ticket.
Winter Season Passes
Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless protected with Grand Targhee’s Pass Protection, see details below. Lost or stolen passes can be reprinted for $25.
Summer Lift Tickets
Both Bike Park and Scenic Ride lift tickets are fully refundable until first use. Once a scenic ticket is used, it is non-refundable. Bike Park tickets are also non-refundable after initial use, but they are eligible for a Rain Check if lifts close unexpectedly, and they were used for 2 or fewer runs.

Bike Park Season Pass
Season passes are non-transferable. Full refund may be granted up to the first day of use. After the first day of use, season pass is non-refundable. Please contact seasonpass@grandtarghee.com for more information.
Festival Tickets
Festival Tickets are non-refundable.

Bikes, Skis & Snowboard Rentals
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and will be charged a $25 processing fee per item rented. Same-day cancellation or no-show will forfeit the entire rental cost.
Ski & Snowboard Rentals: Every effort will be made to re-schedule the service date with a 24-hour advance notice, change is subject to availability.
Seasonal Lockers: Winter 21-22
Locker lease can be canceled with a full refund until November 26, 2021. After November 26, 2021, locker rentals are non-refundable.

GRAND TARGHEE RESORT DOG POLICY
Grand Targhee Resort is dog friendly, however, pets must be on a leash at all times for the safety of the resort guests. Dogs are only allowed in dog friendly rooms and designated areas. Please make reservations by calling: 800.827.4433.

Uphill Traffic
Uphill Travel Policy/ Designation of Boundary Types
Between the hours of 4:30pm – 9:00am uphill non-motorized traffic will be allowed on the Teton Vista Traverse during normal lift operating dates via climbing skins or snowshoes, no dogs are allowed.
Uphill traffic will be signed open or closed at the bottom of the Teton Vista Traverse. During each evening sweep the open/closed sign will be changed to reflect access for that evening/morning depending on scheduled avalanche hazard reduction work.
Uphill and downhill traffic between the hours of 4:30pm and 9:00am will be restricted to the Teton Vista Traverse only from the base area to the backcountry access gate.
Access uphill of the Painted Pony trail on the Teton Vista Traverse along with all other trails including the Mary’s Nipple area is closed at all times.
All uphill traffic must start descending no later than 9:00am
